Wholesale Content Management Associate

Support Truist’s wholesale content operations by coordinating marketing and sales enablement tools, reporting on platform engagement, and improving adoption. Help maintain governance, refresh content, resolve user issues, and train platform users.

Description

  • Coordinate content distribution, messaging, and tools across the Wholesale organization
  • Align Wholesale marketing, sales enablement, and line-of-business initiatives to support consistent strategy and execution
  • Collect feedback from sales partners to improve content effectiveness
  • Provide sales teams with timely, actionable marketing content and tools
  • Monitor and report platform utilization and engagement metrics
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards
  • Create and maintain data insights and reporting views
  • Increase sales enablement platform adoption through communication, education, promotion, and enhancements
  • Advocate for platform capabilities, best practices, and new features
  • Support content updates to maintain accuracy, relevance, and usability
  • Administer quarterly attestations and governance requirements
  • Improve user experience design, navigation, and engagement
  • Manage the Connection Support email inbox and address reported issues
  • Provide troubleshooting, user guidance, and training
  • Enable subscriptions, bulk communications, and other platform features

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent education, training, or relevant experience
  • Three to five years of experience in consulting, business management, or financial services
  • Ability to present data and business considerations in a clear, structured format
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Understanding of business and technology organizations, including their resources, priorities, needs, and policies
  • Fluency in English
