Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Hybrid, Avon, Minnesota

Coordinates recruitment operations, offers, interviews, and preboarding for Blattner’s renewable-energy construction workforce. Based in the Avon office with hybrid work arrangements.

Description

  • Coordinate recruitment operations and provide administrative and transactional support throughout the candidate lifecycle
  • Manage offers, interview scheduling, offer-acceptance tracking, follow-up activities, and preboarding through employees’ first day
  • Coordinate preboarding for field salaried employees, foremen, interns, and corporate hires
  • Provide transactional support for craft labor site-hire and contingent-worker requests
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates and new hires by initiating requirements, monitoring completion, and maintaining consistent communication
  • Partner with HR Operations, hiring leaders, recruiters, business units, vendors, Fleet, Talent Development and Performance, and the travel department
  • Deliver consistent customer service across screening, offer, hiring, and preboarding activities
  • Track completion of applications, assessments, physical and drug testing, background checks, applicable MVRs, Form I-9, and other pre-start requirements
  • Manage offer logistics and coordinate interview scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling for candidates and hiring leaders
  • Arrange and order drug screens and other pre-employment testing through vendor portals
  • Receive, process, enter, track, and follow up on site-hire and contingent-worker requests

Requirements

  • At least four years of relevant experience, including broad operational knowledge gained through work in recruitment, scheduling, customer service, human resources, or related duties
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous recruiting or onboarding experience
  • Experience using Workday
  • Experience in the renewable-energy industry
  • Independent, valid work authorization, including U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or other current, non-expired authorization
  • Blattner does not sponsor H-1B visas or permanent residency
