- Guide DigiCert’s highest-priority and most complex opportunities with technical architecture, systems design, and cybersecurity expertise
- Create scalable, enterprise-ready trust architectures and secure solutions across DigiCert’s products and platforms
- Facilitate architecture reviews, whiteboarding sessions, and future-state design workshops with enterprise customers
- Resolve challenges involving integration, automation, compliance, and solution lifecycle management
- Assess system designs against performance, resilience, and security best practices
- Connect DigiCert solutions with partner cybersecurity strategies and technology-alliance integrations
- Work directly with senior cybersecurity stakeholders and provide technical representation in strategic opportunities
- Contribute to executive discussions involving security, digital trust, and risk
- Convert customer architecture needs into product feedback and collaborate with Product Management on roadmap priorities
- Surface architectural deficiencies and recommend solution or product improvements
- Help develop emerging capabilities and AI use cases with an emphasis on secure, responsible adoption
- Apply AI to accelerate architecture design, documentation, research, competitive analysis, and reusable reference architectures
- Equip sales engineers and account executives with AI-supported technical content and solution guidance
- Own architecture, system design, trust models, and technical direction across strategic deals and product alignment
- Improve opportunity outcomes, lower technical risk, and establish repeatable architecture and AI-enabled workflows
Requirements
- Extensive cybersecurity, digital trust, PKI, identity, and secure architecture experience
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, APIs, automation, and cloud or hybrid environments
- Ability to explain complex technical designs clearly to executive and technical audiences
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, insight, and solution quality
- Collaborative, influential working style with confidence operating across organizational boundaries
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–30%
