Remote Full-time Senior English Required SEO Marketing

Description

Create and improve landing pages for cities, states, service areas, and insurance offerings
Develop a repeatable local SEO framework to support expansion into new markets
Manage Google Business Profiles, healthcare and autism directories, citations, reviews, and local search presence
Monitor rankings and organic lead generation by market
Lead technical SEO covering crawling, indexation, site architecture, schema, redirects, sitemaps, and page performance
Partner directly with engineering to resolve technical SEO issues
Develop content strategy focused on ABA therapy, insurance, diagnosis, and provider selection
Coordinate appropriate clinical review and align content with E-E-A-T principles
Manage search visibility across ChatGPT, Google AI search, Perplexity, and Gemini
Organize content for clear interpretation and citation by search engines and large language models
Find authoritative sites and publications used for autism and ABA information and establish a presence on them
Secure relevant backlinks, directory listings, and expert mentions through link building and digital PR
Create and maintain a growth dashboard using Search Console, GA4, SEO platforms, and AI search measurement
Provide leadership with regular performance updates and recommendations on investment priorities

Requirements

Demonstrated success increasing organic traffic and business results, preferably for healthcare, multi-location, or local-services organizations
Strong technical SEO expertise spanning crawlability, indexation, schema, and site architecture
Extensive local SEO experience with Google Business Profiles, citations, and multi-market growth
Experience developing topic authority and content strategy in regulated or trust-sensitive sectors
Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO platforms such as Semrush or Ahrefs
Practical experience with AI search optimization, including AEO and GEO, LLM citation structuring, and AI visibility tracking
Experience executing link-building and digital PR initiatives
Conversion-focused approach centered on qualified leads and business impact, not traffic volume alone
Availability during US business hours
Current resume
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable organic growth
A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and outlining your SEO and AI search experience
Both work examples and a Loom video are required to proceed
