Description
- Resolve complex business challenges from strategy through implementation
- Mentor junior team members and support their development
- Lead KSS and lessons-learned sessions
- Assess ticket quality and project deliverables
- Prepare project status updates and reports
- Evaluate personal and team outputs for quality, accuracy, and relevance
- Lead client engagements and stakeholder interactions
- Manage workstreams and coordinate across teams
- Support cross-competency initiatives and COE activities
- Handle escalations and manage project risks
- Take on stretch assignments and flexible project responsibilities
- Follow the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct
Requirements
- Apply ABAP 7.4 or newer coding standards at an expert level
- Demonstrate experience with S/4HANA OData
- Bring advanced programming capabilities
- Have a proven record as a subject matter expert in the selected domain
- Create client POCs and POVs for integrating or expanding adoption of emerging technologies such as Blockchain and AI with related product platforms
- Understand incident, change, and problem management processes
- Work effectively within defined SLAs
- Have completed at least one implementation
- Communicate directly with clients and lead engagements
- Collaborate with clients and teams across workstreams in a team-based environment
- Manage escalations and project risks
