Description

  • Plan, document, and carry out functional, non-functional, security, performance, regression, usability, and end-to-end tests across multiple channels.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain automated testing scripts.
  • Review automated test outcomes and communicate the findings.
  • Use SQL queries to verify data after transactions and workflow execution.
  • Join Scrum and Kanban ceremonies while promoting quality from initial feature design through delivery.
  • Record, assess, prioritize, and follow bugs and other quality deviations through resolution.
  • Keep developers, managers, and Product Owners informed about quality status, risks, and issues.
  • Test self-service, IVR, and WhatsApp chatbot journeys to support reliable integrations and a positive user experience.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in functional, non-functional, regression, security, performance, usability, and end-to-end multichannel testing.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and run automated test scripts.
  • Working knowledge of Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban practices.
  • Professional experience in software testing within agile development environments.
  • Background testing self-service channels, including IVR and WhatsApp or chatbot solutions.
  • Experience testing REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Ability to write SQL queries for data integrity and accuracy checks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using test management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestLink.
