Digital Marketing Specialist (Brazil, Remote Contract)

Digital Marketing Specialist supporting email, paid media, affiliate, website, and omnichannel campaigns for High Tide’s cannabis and eCommerce brands. Remote contract role based in Brazil, collaborating with North American teams on EST hours.

Description

  • Manage email marketing calendars for multiple brands
  • Coordinate campaign schedules, approvals, creative assets, product details, and dependencies
  • Assist with email campaign planning, quality assurance, scheduling, deployment, A/B testing, and optimization
  • Track email results and report key campaign metrics
  • Coordinate omnichannel campaigns while maintaining schedules, task lists, deliverables, and project records
  • Develop creative briefs, define campaign needs, secure approvals, and coordinate asset delivery across teams
  • Monitor campaign status and escalate risks, delays, and outstanding dependencies
  • Assist with planning, launching, and improving paid media campaigns
  • Track ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and revenue performance
  • Coordinate paid media audiences, campaign inputs, promotional details, and creative materials
  • Engage affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and potential new partners
  • Assist with affiliate onboarding, communications, promotions, reporting, and administration
  • Support website campaigns, promotional activations, landing pages, and other digital initiatives
  • Create performance summaries and surface trends and growth opportunities
  • Apply AI tools to campaign analysis, competitive research, reporting, and marketing processes
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely campaigns

Requirements

  • At least three years of digital marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce, retail, agency, or another fast-paced, multi-campaign setting
  • Proven ability to manage email calendars and campaign workflows across multiple campaigns, brands, or clients
  • Experience creating, scheduling, quality-checking, or deploying email campaigns in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or comparable platforms
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Experience supporting or running paid media campaigns, with familiarity with performance metrics and optimization fundamentals
  • Experience preparing campaign briefs and coordinating requirements with designers, copywriters, agencies, or other marketing partners
  • Ability to manage several brands, campaigns, projects, or client accounts at once
  • Affiliate marketing, publisher outreach, influencer partnership, or affiliate-platform experience is helpful but optional
  • Experience with Impact, Awin, Minty, ShareASale, Refersion, or similar platforms is helpful
  • Strong analytical ability, including interpreting campaign results and turning them into practical insights
  • Careful attention to detail, with the ability to spot missing information, risks, and dependencies
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • eCommerce and social media marketing experience is helpful
  • Fluent English is required
