Data Analyst - Tampa Onsite

Description
- Maintain item, pricing, fee, customer, vendor, delivery, and other master data in D365
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests with SQL and available reporting tools
- Extract, analyze, and validate ERP data for operational and financial reporting
- Protect the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of system records
- Help business users resolve data-related questions and issues
- Find ways to improve data processes and system efficiency
- Work with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT on system configuration and reporting outputs
- Document ERP data maintenance and reporting procedures
- Assist the Business Analysis Manager and team with additional projects and assignments
- Apply accurate and timely data updates in D365
- Deliver ad hoc reports accurately and within required timelines
- Maintain strong data quality across ERP systems
- Provide data support to Finance and Operations users
- Investigate and resolve data issues that affect business processes
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and lookup functions, is required
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis are required
- A bachelor's degree or at least three years of experience in a data support role is preferred
- Previous ERP experience, preferably with D365 Finance & Operations
- Experience managing or maintaining operational or financial data in business systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to convert business requirements into data or reporting solutions
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Ability to work independently, own results, and collaborate effectively with the team
- Strong organization and focus when managing multiple priorities and changing deadlines
