Description

  • Create and improve analytical data models and Data Marts for Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
  • Design and refine structures across analytical data layers to deliver reliable, scalable, high-performing solutions.
  • Use SQL and Python for exploratory and diagnostic analysis that surfaces trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Build and manage management dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI.
  • Maintain data quality through validation, testing, and ongoing KPI monitoring.
  • Document and catalog business rules, KPIs, and organizational data assets.
  • Work with business and technology stakeholders to turn strategic needs into analytical solutions.
  • Encourage informed, efficient use of information and help strengthen the organization’s data-driven culture.
  • Support data governance by improving the traceability, standardization, and accessibility of corporate data.
  • Guide decisions with data-based analysis, relevant metrics, and practical recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated background in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a comparable data-focused function.
  • Advanced command of SQL.
  • Hands-on experience applying Python to data analysis and transformation.
  • Professional experience with Databricks and AWS environments.
  • Solid understanding of Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and ETL/ELT workflows.
  • Experience creating analytical models and defining enterprise KPIs.
  • Practical experience with data quality management and governance.
  • Background in producing executive dashboards and reports with Power BI.
  • Insurance-sector experience is advantageous.
  • Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate or Professional certification is advantageous.
  • AWS Certified Data Engineer Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with DataOps is advantageous.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD for data pipelines is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code is advantageous.
  • Experience with Unity Catalog and Delta Lake is advantageous.
