Senior Payments Solutions Architect – US & EMEA Remote
Lead Testlio’s payments testing strategy and solution design for enterprise clients across the US and EMEA. Shape transaction architectures, technical services, and quality engineering approaches for digital payments.
Description
- Own and manage Testlio’s payments testing portfolio, covering its catalog, methodologies, staffing model, and pricing.
- Set the strategic direction and commercial structure for Payments offerings.
- Create and promote innovative payments testing solutions for global enterprise customers.
- Partner with clients on technical integrations, architecture, and testing strategy.
- Develop thought leadership and marketing materials, including white papers, articles, presentations, speeches, and webinars.
- Work with the VP of Alliances and external software partners to develop joint go-to-market offerings.
- Support Sales in engaging enterprise prospects and provide guidance on payments testing strategy, execution, and ROI.
- Introduce and improve payments services using market and competitor intelligence.
- Develop tailored quality engineering methods for agentic payments, mobile payments, digital wallets, and point-of-sale systems.
- Serve Delivery as an escalation contact and payments subject-matter expert for complex or strategic engagements.
- Resolve technical obstacles while protecting transaction integrity, security, and compliance.
- Support Services teams and clients in developing and deploying new technical approaches.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of extensive experience with digital payment systems, including mobile payments, online banking, payment gateways, wallets, and point-of-sale platforms.
- Strong technical understanding of quality engineering, API integrations, and software development practices in financial services.
- Proven ability to diagnose payment integration issues and create structured evaluation criteria for complex transaction flows.
- A master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Background in management consulting or managed services.
- Experience creating service offerings and evaluating cost-to-serve considerations.
- Experience working across sales, partners, and other functions.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate distributed, cross-functional teams without direct management responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Successful completion of the TestGorilla assessment, interviews, reference checks, and background check required during the application process.
