Description
- Create a reusable application platform with shared components and consistent development patterns
- Migrate existing business capabilities while preserving functional parity
- Analyze and document complex business rules, data structures, and dependencies
- Connect the new solution with enterprise systems and help deliver data migration
- Release improvements incrementally through automated testing, user acceptance testing, and post-release stabilization
- Modernize a business-critical enterprise platform for an international rail transportation and asset-leasing organization
- Partner with engineers, business stakeholders, and domain experts in an international Scrum delivery environment
- Take part in two-week sprints, refinement, planning, and review sessions
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using AI assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery
- Based in the European Union and authorized to work there
- Experience incorporating generative AI into structured SDLC workflows through defined processes, prompt patterns, or integrated tools is a plus
- Familiarity with emerging AI-enabled practices, including agent-based workflows, automation patterns, and augmented development, with an interest in experimentation is a plus
