Senior Interface Analyst III - DOE Hanford Oversight

Support AttainX’s DNFSB and DOE Hanford oversight services by coordinating stakeholders, site visits, corrective actions, reports, and government reviews.

Description

  • Coordinate engagement among HFO, DOE Headquarters, other DOE organizations, DNFSB, and oversight stakeholders
  • Monitor oversight work and advise the Nuclear Safety Division on significant issues, emerging concerns, and sensitivities
  • Support HFO’s liaison role with DNFSB, DOE Headquarters, and other oversight stakeholders
  • Create, maintain, and improve interface plans, processes, tracking tools, and procedures
  • Coordinate responses to recommendations, commitments, corrective actions, and other oversight activities
  • Track and facilitate responses to inquiries, information requests, document requests, and communications
  • Coordinate report submissions, document reviews, comment resolution, concurrences, meeting packages, and correspondence
  • Coordinate documents and publications for delivery to oversight stakeholders
  • Support site visits by coordinating agendas, meetings, briefings, tours, records, training, access, badging, transportation, and dosimetry
  • Support audits, assessments, reviews, and evaluations, including entrance and exit meetings and briefings
  • Review contractor presentations and briefings and provide feedback to the Nuclear Safety Division
  • Participate in oversight reviews, meetings, and briefings
  • Document and track commitments and action items through completion
  • Develop, maintain, and report responsiveness metrics
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc status reports
  • Support emerging issues, special assignments, and time-sensitive activities
  • Use sound judgment to resolve coordination issues and determine follow-up actions
  • Communicate professionally, clearly, respectfully, and collaboratively with stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least nine years of directly relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of interfacing with Hanford stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating Hanford Site visits and tracking and reporting interactions and requests
  • Working knowledge of HFO’s mission, activities, and priorities
  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving problems
  • Familiarity with, relevant experience under, or ability to work within Hanford or other government-agency procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy security clearance
  • Ability to work with DNFSB, DOE Headquarters, and other DOE oversight stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of DOE Hanford processes and procedures
  • Working knowledge of DOE program management practices, policies, and procedures
  • Strong communication responsiveness and customer service skills
