Description

  • Act as strategic advisor and Data & Digital analytics lead for hospitals and health systems.
  • Align Vizient analytics and service solutions with clients’ strategic and performance goals.
  • Deliver actionable insights from clinical, operational, quality, utilization, cost, market, strategic, and supply data.
  • Translate hospital and system-level opportunities into strategic recommendations and measurable improvement programs.
  • Lead strategy and performance improvement discussions with client leadership, including C-suite executives.
  • Build, implement, measure, and sustain improvement plans covering care quality, throughput, length of stay, workforce productivity, utilization, and cost.
  • Drive adoption of Vizient analytics and services to strengthen engagement, outcomes, and client value.
  • Create action plans that improve engagement and satisfaction while supporting account planning and client experience.
  • Partner with product, analytics, data, advisory, and account teams to resolve client needs and optimize data quality.
  • Support retention and growth by identifying service opportunities, contributing to sales activities, and building the opportunity pipeline.
  • Track and communicate improvement results to demonstrate Vizient’s value and sustain client success.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree is preferred.
  • At least seven years of relevant experience is required.
  • Healthcare quality improvement, performance improvement, operations, or healthcare strategy experience is required, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Experience applying operational and quality data to create strategic recommendations and deliver measurable improvement is required.
  • Experience presenting to and advising hospital and health system C-suite leaders is required.
  • Experience interpreting clinical, operational, quality, utilization, cost, market, or supply chain data is required.
  • Knowledge of healthcare performance measures such as length of stay, capacity, throughput, workforce productivity, and overtime, including their strategic implications, is preferred.
  • Experience leading performance improvement, healthcare strategy, and project management initiatives is preferred.
  • Acute-care healthcare experience and CPHQ certification are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel is required.
