Description

  • Create, enhance, and support web and mobile applications for trading and customer-facing products.
  • Build scalable backend services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Deliver native or cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
  • Apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and strengthen code quality.
  • Create and connect AI-powered capabilities such as personalization, chatbots, analytics, and automation.
  • Handle real-time information including market pricing, trading activity, and customer account data.
  • Maintain secure, high-performing applications that satisfy regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with product, design, QA, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Contribute to peer reviews, architectural choices, and technical roadmap planning.
  • Support junior engineers through mentoring and help improve engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Professional development experience in a forex or CFD brokerage environment.
  • At least five years of full-stack development experience, including substantial mobile development work.
  • Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
  • Strong backend development skills with technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Mobile application experience using React Native, Flutter, or native iOS and Android technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT.
  • Experience connecting AI or LLM APIs to production software.
  • Sound knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of security practices applicable to financial software.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, cTrader, or comparable systems.
  • Experience developing real-time systems using WebSockets or streaming data.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience releasing applications through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
