Description

  • Lead architecture and delivery across several Intelligent Applications workstreams
  • Set delivery approaches, templates, engineering standards, and quality gates for forward-deployed engagements
  • Mentor and support multiple engineers
  • Coordinate UI, API, and data streams through sequencing, risk management, and integration planning
  • Establish reference architectures and standards covering SOLID/MVC boundaries, error handling, testing, observability, and security
  • Direct performance and data architecture decisions involving SQL/query patterns, indexing, and data contracts
  • Develop reusable accelerators, including scaffolds, templates, specification/context packages, pull-request checklists, CI quality gates, LLM/RAG modules, and evaluation frameworks
  • Collaborate with Databricks and Snowflake data teams on analytics and machine-learning integration
  • Standardize CI/CD and containerization through pipeline controls, environment parity, container-first workflows, and release verification
  • Coach senior and mid-level engineers to strengthen delivery speed and quality
  • Work with leadership and clients to measure impact and adoption
  • Build or improve standards and reusable assets that increase delivery velocity
  • Lead a multi-stream delivery track while maintaining quality and stakeholder confidence
  • Address recurring problems through systemic fixes, testing, observability, and reusable templates

Requirements

  • Bring 6–8 or more years of equivalent experience, or demonstrate staff-level impact
  • Show a record of technical leadership across multiple teams or delivery streams
  • Provide strong full-stack architecture expertise with React or Angular and Python services
  • Lead SQL performance initiatives
  • Apply a strong governance mindset centered on engineering best practices
  • Demonstrate production delivery of LLM systems, including RAG, tool use, and evaluations
  • Define AI-assisted development controls covering verification, secrets and PII, and software supply chain risks
  • Preferred: experience working in high-trust client environments and leading transformations
  • Preferred: experience creating agentic engineering guardrails and templates across teams
  • Nice to have: Databricks or Snowflake lakehouse/warehouse expertise spanning secure patterns, performance, and application/API integration
