Description

  • Plan and optimize email campaigns from drafting through launch and performance review.
  • Build automations that convert prospects and maintain existing workflows.
  • Develop and update lead magnets, from initial ideas and copy to writer briefs.
  • Find ways to grow the email list and create forms, pop-ups, and landing pages.
  • Manage MailerLite accounts, audience segments, interest groups, and tailored messaging.
  • Brief writers and collaborate with them on blog content.
  • Refresh existing email marketing materials and create content on advanced topics.
  • Develop distinctive email marketing ideas that can attract citations and search visibility.
  • Set KPIs, analyze campaign results, and make performance improvements.
  • Uphold email deliverability standards and industry best practices.
  • Track email marketing features, research, trends, and community discussions, applying findings to content and strategy.
  • Work with the Email Lifecycle Manager to coordinate marketing emails with product and lifecycle messages.

Requirements

  • At least four years of practical email marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS company where email is a core growth channel.
  • A strong writing portfolio featuring newsletters or campaigns you wrote yourself that performed well.
  • Demonstrated success growing an email list organically.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and lead magnet creation.
  • A keen editorial eye and the ability to improve other people’s content.
  • Sustained curiosity about email marketing.
  • Able to write content directly and brief others to produce it.
  • Experience using MailerLite or another email service provider.
  • Able to overlap with Central European Time for four hours.
  • A completed application that includes a published MailerLite landing page URL.
  • A video response no longer than three minutes.
  • An up-to-date LinkedIn profile.
