Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS & AIOps | Keyloop (Hybrid, India)
Secure and scale Keyloop’s AWS and on-premises platforms through DevSecOps, CI/CD, blue-green deployments, and AIOps. Build AI-assisted deployment automation, observability, and incident-response capabilities for automotive technology systems.
Description
- Support multiple on-premises and AWS platforms in production.
- Build and improve monitoring, alerting, and debugging capabilities.
- Create CloudWatch and New Relic dashboards, alerts, and health and performance reports.
- Automate AWS cloud-platform builds and deployments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across AWS environments.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines across all environments.
- Develop AI agents that detect deployment failures, recommend remediation, and support controlled rollbacks.
- Design and operate blue-green deployments for zero-downtime releases, traffic switching, validation, and rollback.
- Develop AIOps capabilities for anomaly detection, event correlation, alert-noise reduction, predictive insights, and automated incident response.
- Partner with Engineering teams to identify platform requirements and resolve issues.
- Build and maintain highly scalable deployments across global environments.
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Engineer, improve, and transform Keyloop’s AWS footprint.
- Provide operational support to multiple engineering teams.
- Develop cloud-engineering standards, patterns, tools, and products.
Requirements
- Five to eight years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Ability to understand customer issues, troubleshoot effectively, and document solutions.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure, including EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and Elastic Beanstalk.
- CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions and Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing blue-green deployments in AWS and containerized environments.
- Practical experience building or integrating AI agents into CI/CD workflows.
- Experience developing AIOps solutions for monitoring and observability.
- Understanding of web security and DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of microservice technologies, including serverless architectures and containers.
- Extensive experience with IT security technologies such as firewalls, email security, web filtering, MFA, IAM, PAM, and web application security.
- Understanding of SAST and DAST audits.
- Strong experience with network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, PKI, encryption, cloud platforms, and security controls.
- Working knowledge of TLS, encryption at rest and in transit, and key management.
- Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Ability to collaborate across global teams, cultures, and time zones.
- A bachelor’s degree is not required when equivalent experience is demonstrated.
- No academic qualifications are required; selection is based on experience and potential.
