Description
- Deliver product and business insights to product, engineering, and leadership teams
- Analyze large datasets to identify solutions and improve business outcomes
- Apply analytics across customer engagement, digital experience, merchandising, supply chain, financial services, and operations
- Define metrics, inform roadmaps, and uncover opportunities to improve products
- Develop new analytical methods with the team
- Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to understand business drivers
- Use AI and GenAI tools to increase analytical productivity, automate repetitive workflows, and accelerate actionable insights
- Collaborate with product leaders, designers, and engineering managers to improve products and prioritize high-impact projects
- Represent the product analytics team in key meetings and business reviews with executives and founders
- Develop data-driven recommendations for product improvements
- Conduct analytical deep dives, collect and clean data from disparate sources, and use SQL, R, Python, or other statistical tools
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests while promoting rigorous experimentation across product teams
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in a high-growth analytics team
- Fluency in SQL
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis and common data-analysis pitfalls
- Basic understanding of query logic
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination
- Strong problem-solving ability focused on product development
- Alternative minimum qualifications include a related bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field; a related master’s degree; or 4 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field
