Senior Clinical Sales Representative - South Korea

Support adoption of Intuitive’s da Vinci robotic surgery system across South Korean hospitals. Combine operating-room assistance, clinical training, customer integration, account management, and instrument sales.

Description

  • Support da Vinci system use during operating-room procedures across the assigned territory
  • Represent the company at symposiums, exhibitions, and market-development events
  • Launch robotic programs and integrate the da Vinci system at new customer sites
  • Train surgeons and hospital staff on the da Vinci system
  • Provide in-service and on-site training for surgical teams
  • Mentor and support the onboarding of new employees
  • Oversee key customer accounts
  • Handle billing, invoicing, reconciliation, instrument delivery, and related administration
  • Work with the capital team to resolve contract- and service-related customer issues
  • Create a local sales plan with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager
  • Act as a clinical resource across core operating-room procedures
  • Collaborate with hospital leaders and surgeons to implement the da Vinci system at new sites
  • Design clinical plans that enable surgical teams to operate the system independently within a reasonable period
  • Convert qualified leads and coordinate training initiatives
  • Increase instrument and accessory sales through product launches and consultative solution selling

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least three years of sales experience with clinics and hospitals
  • Demonstrated sales success, ideally in medical devices or pharmaceuticals
  • Life sciences training, operating-room experience, or a clinical foundation that can be developed further is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on account locations
  • Excellent written and spoken Korean and English
