Description
- Translate Workday Accounting Prism requirements into configured reporting and accounting solutions that address client needs.
- Coordinate implementation activities across Workday HCM and Accounting Prism, including task management, deliverable tracking, and issue follow-up.
- Create and improve data models, calculated fields, and report outputs for workforce and finance analysis.
- Review client data to uncover trends, control weaknesses, and opportunities to improve human capital and accounting processes.
- Confirm that solution designs align with business requirements, functional specifications, and application standards.
- Develop test scenarios, assess results, and record defects, dependencies, and remediation actions.
- Support clients through deployment, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Coach junior team members on Workday configuration, structured problem-solving, and deliverable development.
- Strengthen client relationships through clear communication, timely issue resolution, and proactive project support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- At least two years of professional experience.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- At least one Workday certification supporting Human Capital Management solutions, such as Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or a related HR platform credential.
- Workday Accounting Prism experience in client engagements.
- Background supporting human capital data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Ability to convert business needs into effective Workday configurations.
- Ability to communicate with clients who bring varied perspectives and requirements.
