Description
- Manage a high-value Multi Track caseload.
- Oversee litigation from initial instruction through trial.
- Conduct complex cases issued in the Royal Courts of Justice in London.
- Supervise colleagues and advise on technical and procedural issues.
- Provide direction on case strategy.
- Maintain high standards of client care and case management.
- Help develop colleagues and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Represent people affected by asbestos-related diseases, helping them and their families pursue justice and support.
Requirements
- Qualified as a solicitor or lawyer.
- Demonstrated success litigating asbestos-related disease claims.
- Extensive Multi Track experience, including funding, costs, and complex litigation.
- Capability to supervise colleagues and contribute to shared learning and professional development.
- Compassionate communicator committed to exceptional client care in sensitive situations.
