Scheduling Operations Analyst – Madison, Wisconsin (Hybrid)
Support ambulatory scheduling operations by designing protocols, building provider schedules, and improving template efficiency, productivity, and patient access. This full-time hybrid role is based in Madison, Wisconsin.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is required
- Four years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree, in addition to the required experience
- At least one year of ambulatory clinic operations experience is required
- Two or more years of ambulatory clinic operations experience is preferred
- Experience with Epic Cadence build or scheduling template build and maintenance is preferred
- Typically available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; working hours may vary according to operational needs
