- Develop advertising creatives and layouts from creative briefs
- Assist with ongoing marketing campaigns and content initiatives
- Collaborate with the marketing lead and founders, applying feedback while gradually taking ownership of assigned work
Requirements
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level and Russian proficiency at C1–C2 level
- Strong motivation to learn and develop in digital marketing
- Dependable execution with consistent follow-through
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear written communication in English
- Experience with social media, content writing, or website content management such as WordPress is a plus
