Description

  • Sell the assigned product portfolio
  • Support operational activities arising from customer needs
  • Manage and follow up on sales orders for assigned customers
  • Prepare quotations and provide timely responses to commercial requests
  • Manage collections and monitor outstanding accounts
  • Promote portfolio expansion and product turnover to increase sales
  • Maintain a strong customer service experience and business relationship
  • Conduct telephone-based sales activities and follow up on business opportunities
  • Respond effectively to customer requests and requirements

Requirements

  • Technical or technological training in sales, administration, customer service, logistics, or a related field
  • Two years of professional experience in telemarketing, customer service, commercial management, or telephone sales
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools
  • Strong communication, customer orientation, and negotiation skills
  • Two years of professional experience
