Description

  • Design, research, test, and implement improvements to business processes, procedures, and systems
  • Assess proposed process changes and document their business impacts and expected benefits
  • Define requirements for process improvements and system enhancements as a subject matter expert
  • Interview stakeholders and conduct research to document business needs and requirements
  • Create and interpret workflow diagrams
  • Review technical design deliverables to confirm alignment with business objectives
  • Deliver training by identifying learning needs, developing materials, communicating changes, and preparing manuals
  • Support post-implementation activities, including issue resolution, procedure updates, and change management
  • Prepare presentations covering materials, models, findings, plans, and conclusions
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of experience gathering data, conducting research and analysis, identifying problems, and presenting solution recommendations
  • Experience performing financial and risk analyses, making recommendations, and developing business cases with cost-benefit analyses
  • At least two years of experience applying project planning methods and methodologies
  • At least two years of experience with business process analysis using Excel, flowcharts, activity diagrams, and workflow models
  • Ability to understand and explain related IT systems and their effects
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a team setting
  • Strong communication skills for working with diverse technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when performing job responsibilities
  • For remote work, strong engagement in virtual settings, including maintaining camera presence during meetings
  • Compliance with employee Information Security and Privacy Policies
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace and completion of pre-employment substance abuse testing
