Remote Accounting Analyst - Brazil

Remote accounting analyst position with Solutions RH, supporting clients and accounting routines, including Actual Profit taxation.

Description

  • Support clients’ accounting processes and deliver routine work within agreed deadlines.
  • Engage directly with assigned clients to identify and understand their practical needs.
  • Keep a broad, systems-oriented understanding of each client’s business.
  • Calculate taxable income under the Actual Profit method and apply Differentiated Tax Treatment when relevant.
  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and in an organized manner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete routine daily responsibilities accurately and consistently before taking on more complex work.

Requirements

  • Reside in Joinville, Santa Catarina, or a nearby area; although the role is remote, residence in the surrounding region is required.
  • Hold a degree in Accounting.
  • Have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the field.
  • Have experience handling daily operations within an accounting firm.
  • Maintain an active professional accounting registration with the CRC.
  • Experience with the Domínio system, especially its Accounting modules, is preferred.
  • Experience calculating taxable income under the Actual Profit method and applying Differentiated Tax Treatment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a broad understanding of the client’s business are preferred.
  • A fast-paced working style and willingness to keep progressing beyond familiar routines are preferred.

  • Meal allowance of BRL 30.00 per day, subject to a 20% deduction under the Worker’s Food Program (PAT).
