Public Finance Functional Expert – Ciril GROUP (Hybrid, France)

Serve as a functional expert for Ciril GROUP’s Public Finance ERP, defining requirements, testing enhancements, and integrating regulatory changes. Work with Agile development teams to help deliver and communicate product updates.

Description

  • Assess client-submitted enhancement requests and identify opportunities to improve the product.
  • Prepare requirements documents and detailed functional specifications.
  • Create test plans and automate tests for new enhancements and existing features to support non-regression.
  • Track regulatory changes and integrate relevant laws, decrees, and circulars into the product.
  • Support Agile development processes through refinement sessions, sprint planning, and end-of-sprint demonstrations.
  • Present new functionality to Development teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with Development, Product Marketing, Sales, and User Support.

Requirements

  • Degree or specialized training in Public Finance.
  • At least five years of experience with a software vendor or within a public-sector organization.
  • Strong knowledge of public-sector accounting.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and written communication skills.
  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working with people.
  • Adherence to Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework for the use of AI tools.
