Description

  • Meet sales and activity goals across assigned primary care territories.
  • Use clinical selling and education to generate demand among targeted physicians.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical assistants.
  • Present sales messages, patient information, and product details to healthcare provider offices.
  • Meet or exceed activity targets set by the company.
  • Complete daily administrative tasks.
  • Follow Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals and Inizio policies, compliance and ethics standards, and training requirements.
  • Plan routes and manage daily and weekly calls.
  • Stay focused on defined sales objectives.
  • Work with partners in the assigned geographic area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Business-to-business sales experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using technology and engaging virtually.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed; some territories may require more.
  • Overnight travel is required.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Reliable automobile with insurance coverage that meets company guidelines.
  • Follow company policies, compliance and ethics requirements, and training.
  • Complete interview activities without unauthorized AI tools or outside assistance.
