Description

  • Use tailored questions to turn transactions, account maintenance, and routine service requests into cross-selling opportunities
  • Generate sales leads through outreach, workplace banking visits, and referral networks
  • Meet daily performance metrics while managing competing priorities
  • Process transactions, operate a cash drawer, and complete banking documents in line with industry and legal standards
  • Develop customer relationships and recommend financial products and services
  • Assess customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of retail experience engaging customers and recommending products that generate sales, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
  • Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days
  • Strong communication, positive representation, problem-solving, and outcome-focused skills
  • Careful attention to detail when preparing documents or explaining product features and benefits
  • Product knowledge and conversational ability to identify and address customer needs
  • Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, sales-focused team and apply coaching and feedback
