Description

  • Develop and deliver a partnership strategy supporting marketing and growth goals
  • Build strategic alliances with financial technology providers and other industry leaders
  • Own key partner relationships and serve as the main contact for long-term growth programs
  • Create co-marketing campaigns, referral programs, and joint ventures that increase recurring revenue
  • Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate partner solutions effectively
  • Monitor performance through CRM platforms and provide actionable analysis to leadership
  • Report to the Subscription Marketing Director
  • Represent Kiplinger at relevant industry events
  • Develop partnership agreements and support partner enablement

Requirements

  • Experience in partnership development, B2C marketing, or strategic alliances within personal finance or digital media
  • Knowledge of referral programs, co-selling, API integrations, and partnership-led distribution
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and partner management tools for monitoring engagement and campaign results
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for creating mutually beneficial agreements and clear operating terms
  • Ability to assess return on investment, measure lead generation, and improve campaign performance
  • Strategic experience planning partner onboarding, training materials, and co-branded marketing launches
