Description
- Develop and manage relationships with dealers, OEMs, and strategic partners
- Deliver partner training and encourage adoption of Oly’s digital tools
- Generate leads and strengthen partner engagement across the assigned territory
- Track performance and contribute to improved systems, processes, and partner results
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that support Oly’s market position
- Train key contacts to sell Oly novated leases
- Help resellers implement digital sales strategies
- Conduct education presentations onsite
- Find opportunities to increase lead generation and novated leasing growth
Requirements
- Demonstrated account management and relationship-building experience across a portfolio of accounts
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A strong commitment to delivering customer satisfaction
- Experience managing workflows and recording notes in CRM or ERM systems and digital sales tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- A consistent record of meeting targets and developing strong partnerships
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Willingness to complete background screening, including criminal history and ASIC checks
- NDIS Workers Screening Check where applicable
