Operations Analyst II – Logistics (Remote)

TEKsystems is seeking a remote Operations Analyst II to manage logistics orders, assignments, and operational data. The role supports high-volume delivery partners through rescheduling, cancellations, and trend analysis.

Description

  • Support delivery-order rescheduling and assignment for high-volume, high-impact partners requiring manual intervention.
  • Coordinate with Operations stakeholders when facility orders are not received, collected, or returned by canceling, rescheduling, or creating orders in Google Sheets.
  • Report damaged packages received at facilities to Operations for communication to Merchants.
  • Track order assignments as delivery windows close across time zones and identify orders that were not assigned.
  • Review unassigned orders and act according to Merchant preferences, including rescheduling, canceling, or sharing orders with Operations for Merchant outreach.
  • Compile and distribute information to Operations to support trend analysis and responsive action planning.
  • Handle and communicate time-sensitive information with Operations stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

  • Availability for overnight and weekend shifts.
  • Basic Excel or Google Sheets proficiency is required.
  • Understanding of spreadsheet formulas and data entry.
  • Comfort working with PivotTables and cleaning data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make quick decisions, and escalate issues.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Hands-on logistics, operations, and data experience is required.
  • Experience in operations, supply chain analysis, catalog management, or parcel support is preferred.
  • Saturday availability is required.
  • Completion of a remote client interview if selected for interview.
