Full-time Office Administrator supporting Caliber Collision’s Beverly Hills service center with payroll, HR records, accounting processes, customer service, and front-office operations.

Description

  • Equip front-office colleagues with the tools, training, and information needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Manage accurate, timely payroll and HR administration and maintain records for all center associates.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash-handling processes in line with company standards.
  • Deliver a professional, welcoming customer experience to every customer.
  • Reinforce consistent use of Caliber’s standard operating procedures through regular training and monitoring.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • At least one year of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll experience is preferred.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and qualify for coverage under the company’s insurance policy.
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Manage competing priorities and adapt well to a fast-paced workplace.
  • Provide personable, courteous service to internal and external customers.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
