- Equip front-office colleagues with the tools, training, and information needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage accurate, timely payroll and HR administration and maintain records for all center associates.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash-handling processes in line with company standards.
- Deliver a professional, welcoming customer experience to every customer.
- Reinforce consistent use of Caliber’s standard operating procedures through regular training and monitoring.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
- At least one year of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll experience is preferred.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and qualify for coverage under the company’s insurance policy.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- Navigate multiple software platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Manage competing priorities and adapt well to a fast-paced workplace.
- Provide personable, courteous service to internal and external customers.
- Be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
