NuScale Power
NuScale Power
NuScale Power develops small modular reactor technology for the nuclear energy sector. Its NuScale Power Module™ integrates key reactor components into a factory-fabricated unit designed to generate 77 megawatts of electricity. A NuScale plant can combine up to 12 modules for a total capacity of 924 megawatts. The company’s reactor design emphasizes passive safety: each module is designed to shut down automatically and cool itself if power is lost. NuScale’s work brings together nuclear engineering, manufacturing, and energy innovation, creating opportunities for professionals contributing to the development of advanced power-generation systems.
