NetSuite ERP Consultant – Finland (Hybrid)

Deliver NetSuite ERP implementations, integrations, customizations, and support for Greenstep’s business technology clients in Finland. Partner with clients and specialists to improve systems and business processes.

Description

  • Join client teams delivering new NetSuite implementation projects.
  • Contribute to ongoing service engagements and other system-related assignments.
  • Assess clients’ technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain systems that meet changing client needs.
  • Resolve urgent issues and identify opportunities for useful tools or process improvements.
  • Deliver NetSuite implementation, development, and support work.
  • Work with clients, project managers, developers, finance consultants, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Give sales demonstrations to prospective clients when required.
  • Document existing business processes and system landscapes.
  • Configure and verify NetSuite functionality.
  • Define integrations and connections with surrounding systems.
  • Validate and migrate historical data, or support clients through those activities.
  • Coordinate deployments against cut-over plans and provide go-live support.
  • Lead workshops and conduct regular status meetings.
  • Configure and tailor NetSuite to client requirements.
  • Train clients and keep system documentation current.
  • Help clients with their day-to-day system usage.
  • Plan and deliver system enhancements.
  • Translate business growth and change into system requirements.
  • Evaluate alternatives and test system functionality.
  • Conduct client demonstrations and provide user guidance and support.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with order-to-cash processes and/or production planning and control.
  • Understanding of key business processes, including procurement and purchasing, inventory management, order-to-cash, customer relationship management, and supply chain management.
  • Experience serving as a key user in ERP implementations and/or ERP system development.
  • NetSuite familiarity is advantageous; experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Business Central is valuable.
  • Relevant educational background.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Estonian language skills are advantageous.
  • Ability to identify business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Consultative, customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to understand client needs, present alternative solutions, and communicate decision-critical information.
  • Curious and proactive working style.
  • Ability to organize work and progress tasks independently.
  • Commitment to continuously developing professional expertise and skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate and share knowledge.
  • Selected candidates must complete credit and background checks.
