Description

  • Align with Operations on the initial scope, requirements, and service or project definitions for moderately complex engagements.
  • Meet with clients to confirm scope, requirements, activities, responsibilities, deadlines, and other key variables.
  • Develop detailed service and project plans covering activities, responsibilities, deadlines, meetings, and reports.
  • Create formal project plans to guide implementation.
  • Monitor client adherence to execution schedules.
  • Assess and recommend improvements, corrective actions, contingency plans, and activity rescheduling.
  • Track requirements, deadlines, activities, and quality while providing status reports.
  • Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and the Cloud Security, Red Team, Blue Team, and GRC teams.
  • Provide client status updates and involve internal teams during critical situations.
  • Organize and document deliverables and project knowledge to formalize project closure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience managing project KPIs.
  • CSM or PSM certification.
  • Intermediate knowledge of traditional and Agile project management.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
