Manage moderately complex cybersecurity services and projects at Redbelt Security. Plan scope, schedules, risks, and client deliverables across internal security teams.
Descriere
- Align with Operations on the initial scope, requirements, and service or project definitions for moderately complex engagements.
- Meet with clients to confirm scope, requirements, activities, responsibilities, deadlines, and other key variables.
- Develop detailed service and project plans covering activities, responsibilities, deadlines, meetings, and reports.
- Create formal project plans to guide implementation.
- Monitor client adherence to execution schedules.
- Assess and recommend improvements, corrective actions, contingency plans, and activity rescheduling.
- Track requirements, deadlines, activities, and quality while providing status reports.
- Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate communication between clients and the Cloud Security, Red Team, Blue Team, and GRC teams.
- Provide client status updates and involve internal teams during critical situations.
- Organize and document deliverables and project knowledge to formalize project closure.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience managing project KPIs.
- CSM or PSM certification.
- Intermediate knowledge of traditional and Agile project management.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
