Description
- Respond promptly and effectively to leads from the website and trial programs
- Evaluate prospects’ fit for the company’s solutions
- Arrange and deliver online product or service demonstrations
- Guide sales negotiations through to close
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in the company CRM
- Use WhatsApp, phone, and other digital channels to engage prospects proactively
- Communicate transparently and thoroughly in a way that reflects customer values
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in Inside Sales or consultative selling
- Demonstrated command of lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
- Practical experience using CRM platforms
- Excellent telephone, WhatsApp, and video-conferencing communication and negotiation skills
- Persuasive, proactive, highly committed, and strongly focused on targets
- Strong organization and self-management for effective remote work
- Experience in a digital-market, SaaS, or technology company is preferred
- Experience managing and converting trial-generated leads is preferred
- Residence in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, is an advantage; the role is fully remote and open to candidates across Brazil
