Description
- Help clients adopt and implement AI-assisted development solutions.
- Configure, tailor, and optimize workflows built with GitHub Copilot and development agents.
- Evaluate development environments and identify ways to improve productivity and software quality.
- Provide training, workshops, coaching, and knowledge-transfer programs for technical teams.
- Establish and promote practices for context engineering, security, governance, and responsible AI use.
- Partner with developers, architects, and technology leaders to create modern, scalable solutions.
- Create mechanisms for tracking AI solution adoption, usage, and business impact.
- Produce documentation, playbooks, operating guides, and reusable standards that sustain implemented practices.
- Support engineering modernization, DevSecOps, and development-process automation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Experience with AI-assisted development and agent-based workflows.
- Ability to quickly understand complex, unfamiliar codebases.
- Experience delivering short-term projects that create rapid client value.
- Experience working directly with clients and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub.
- Experience with pull request workflows and collaboration on GitHub.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot.
- Experience using GitHub Actions.
- Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration.
- Experience with DevSecOps in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of context engineering for large language models.
- Knowledge of security, governance, and adoption metrics for AI tools.
- Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing GitHub Copilot workflows beyond basic autocomplete and chat.
- Preferred: Experience with Copilot Coding Agent.
- Preferred: Experience with advanced GitHub Copilot capabilities and AI-assisted development.
- Preferred: Knowledge of MCP, AGENTS.md, custom instructions, and context engineering for large language models.
- Preferred: Experience with GitHub Advanced Security and DevSecOps practices.
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise AI adoption and governance programs.
- Preferred: Experience in consulting, engineering modernization, and team enablement.
