Key Account Manager, Out-of-Home Foodservice

Description
- Manage and grow key accounts in the out-of-home food and beverage channel
- Drive sustainable sales growth and profitability with tailored culinary and beverage solutions
- Find and convert new business opportunities across out-of-home foodservice settings
- Build trusted relationships with customers, operators, and distributors
- Develop culinary, coffee, and beverage solutions that meet operational and commercial needs
- Lead consultative sales discussions and business reviews
- Expand Nestlé Professional’s presence through distributor networks and cross-functional expertise
- Own opportunities from identification through implementation and measurable commercial results
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
Requirements
- Bring solid key account management and business development experience in foodservice, HoReCa, or another out-of-home setting
- Understand the out-of-home ecosystem, including operators, distributors, and foodservice channels
- Sell through a consultative, solution-focused approach
- Have commercial planning and negotiation skills
- Show a strong drive to win new customers and build lasting strategic partnerships
- Speak German and French fluently
- English is an advantage
- Work independently with commercial curiosity and resilience
- Collaborate across functions to turn opportunities into measurable results and shared value
