Key Account Manager – Healthcare (Remote, Germany)

Description
- Manage healthcare key accounts strategically and operationally across hospitals, health insurers, medical care centers, and pharmaceutical companies
- Guide clients on AI-supported sales processes and data-informed decision-making
- Apply AI tools to analyze markets and competitors and anticipate customer needs through predictive sales methods
- Create tailored proposals and contracts using automated data analysis
- Conduct annual reviews and contract negotiations independently with senior executives
- Collaborate with agile coaches, UI/UX designers, and software architects to deliver customized, legally compliant solutions
Requirements
- Hold a degree in business administration, health economics, natural sciences, or a comparable field
- Bring 4–5 years of successful key account management or pharmaceutical and healthcare sales experience at established industry companies
- Have an established network of German healthcare decision-makers and experience navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Demonstrate a strong interest in digitalization
- Have initial experience with AI-powered CRM or predictive analytics tools, or be willing to complete intensive training
- Combine strong negotiation and analytical skills with excellent communication and a confident, professional presence
- Be highly proficient in written and spoken German and English
