Junior Sales Manager – Belgium

Help grow bulthaup’s premium kitchen dealer network throughout Belgium. The role combines partner acquisition, dealer coaching, territory development, and design-led brand activation.

Description

  • Increase sales with Belgian dealers through territory visits, performance reviews, action planning, and commercial coaching
  • Research, contact, and assess prospective distribution partners
  • Develop evidence-based business cases covering site location, market potential, entrepreneur profile, investment needs, and launch planning
  • Build local brand awareness through private events, design evenings, architect meetings, COOR campaigns, and consistent follow-up
  • Maintain premium standards across brand presentation, showroom quality, commercial messaging, partner experience, and execution
  • Share structured market intelligence on competitors, underserved areas, design trends, risks, and commercial opportunities
  • Strengthen bulthaup’s presence in Belgium while developing durable relationships with business partners

Requirements

  • Previous field sales experience in a premium Belgian market, preferably involving kitchens, furniture, interior design, architecture, or luxury retail
  • Demonstrated ability to pursue prospects, build professional networks, generate opportunities, and achieve measurable sales outcomes
  • Confidently engage entrepreneurs in discussions about business growth, brand positioning, and investment
  • Work independently with a structured, results-focused approach while taking responsibility for the territory
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to work effectively in an international setting
  • Prepared to travel regularly
  • Enjoy building customer relationships on site and working with a mobile schedule
