- Architect manufacturing test systems that diagnose factory assembly units and expose assembly or design defects
- Provide hands-on technical support to production personnel and resolve live manufacturing issues
- Partner with design, product management, validation, and production teams to maintain product quality
- Create testing capabilities that increase factory efficiency, test coverage, and ease of use
- Investigate complex problems and deliver fixes that strengthen product reliability and pre-shipment performance
- Coordinate daily with the Taiwan development team on project objectives and manufacturing test solutions
- Lead development initiatives while supplying technical guidance and recommendations
- Track server technology developments and create innovative, competitive solutions
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution is preferred
- At least one year of hands-on experience as a software design engineer or in a comparable position
- Advanced software engineering expertise, particularly in server management software and automated testing
- Proficiency with Linux programming, including shell scripting, Python, and/or Golang
- Experience working with the CursorAI IDE
- Clear communication skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a diverse team
- Practical experience with Linux operations and development of supporting tools
- Experience with SVN and GitLab
- Familiarity with BIOS/BMC is an advantage
- Mandarin fluency is preferred but not required
