Inside Sales Representative – Vancouver Hybrid

Sell Clarius AI-powered mobile ultrasound products to healthcare professionals across Canada. Manage inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and early-stage sales pipelines.

Description

  • Qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and virtual meetings, converting interest into sales opportunities
  • Prospect for potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
  • Develop and nurture early-stage prospect pipelines through the buyer journey to close
  • Assess customer needs, challenges, and goals to present relevant value propositions
  • Work with Marketing on lead quality, follow-up approaches, and campaign results
  • Record every interaction and keep Salesforce data accurate and up to date
  • Achieve or surpass activity KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Monitor industry developments, competitors, and Clarius product updates
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Clinical teams to qualify leads, nurture opportunities, and expand the pipeline
  • Sell Clarius mobile ultrasound products to healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in inside sales
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor’s diploma or degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • Healthcare or medical sales experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Comfort with technology and learning new tools and processes
  • Self-directed, competitive approach with a proactive hunter mindset
  • Ability to work independently while pursuing ambitious sales goals
  • Skilled at overcoming objections, building trust quickly, and creating urgency
  • Experience with virtual or remote sales, including online demonstrations, remote negotiations, and digital customer engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt solutions to individual customer needs
