Description
- Sell Alfa Laval products and services across the Ocean Division
- Support customers directly with complex quotations and advanced technical assistance
- Apply established sales processes and operating guidelines
- Assess customer needs to identify the required parts and products
- Prepare transactional quotations and actively manage follow-up
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell
- Follow up on quotations to confirm that the proposed value is understood and aligned with customer requirements
- Use CRM and other sales tools consistently and effectively to support sales activities and business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- A degree in Marine Engineering is an advantage
- Background in marine equipment and technical services is an advantage, including aftersales, spare parts, and service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in an international environment and matrix organization
- Self-motivated, positive, and driven to achieve high performance
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
