Implementation Engineer, AI Integrations (Remote – Dominican Republic)

Lead technical implementations for an AI platform serving enterprise technology clients. Deliver integrations, AI workflows, and customer onboarding from initial scoping through production launch.

Description

  • Lead implementation workstreams from technical scoping and planning through configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Build and configure platform integrations with agency and customer tools, including Figma, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, and performance dashboards.
  • Assess integration strategies, data mappings, configuration needs, and technical trade-offs, then recommend suitable approaches.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and agency stakeholders throughout implementation and rollout.
  • Surface and communicate technical risks, blockers, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Analyze customer and agency data environments, workflows, and pain points to shape tailored onboarding and implementation solutions.
  • Help develop repeatable implementation playbooks, technical documentation, training materials, and onboarding processes.
  • Support the onboarding of junior implementation engineers and provide informal mentoring.
  • Use AI-enabled development tools and workflows for engineering, automation, debugging, and operational work.
  • Coordinate multi-step workflows powered by AI and agents.
  • Assess and strengthen AI-assisted outputs for security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and architectural alignment.
  • Contribute to prompts, evaluation frameworks, documentation, and operational context systems.
  • Support automated evaluation and feedback loops for AI-enabled systems and workflows.
  • Keep current with platform capabilities, APIs, integration patterns, and AI tooling.

Requirements

  • Bring 2–5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical delivery, or a related technical role, ideally in SaaS, data, analytics, or technology environments.
  • Have working knowledge of APIs, data systems, integrations, and cloud architectures such as Google Cloud, Azure, or comparable platforms.
  • Demonstrate the ability to independently deliver high-quality technical implementation work on complex projects.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Have experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other business or client-facing teams.
  • Work effectively in ambiguous settings while adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
  • Use AI-enabled development tools and workflows comfortably.
  • Have experience coordinating multi-step AI or agent workflows, including choosing appropriate models, tools, and execution patterns.
  • Use sound judgment to review and strengthen AI-assisted outputs for security, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and architectural alignment.
  • Have experience creating or maintaining prompts, evaluation frameworks, technical documentation, or operational context systems.
  • Understand automated evaluation and feedback loops for AI-enabled systems and workflows.
  • Be currently based in Latin America.
