Director of Client Services, Cybersecurity

Lead cybersecurity assessments, IT audits, and risk engagements for Bonadio Group’s FoxPointe Solutions. Direct client delivery, team leadership, staff development, and business growth initiatives.

Description

  • Guide projects from client acquisition through final delivery
  • Lead client service teams across multiple engagements
  • Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external clients
  • Find and advance opportunities for new and innovative services
  • Retain clients and grow new business by cross-selling the firm’s full range of services
  • Discuss technical and process improvements with project stakeholders
  • Use advanced knowledge of IT security and frameworks, including NIST, ISO, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CMMC, and FFIEC
  • Conduct IT and information security risk and compliance assessments, PCI engagements, IT audits, cybersecurity testing, and operational gap analyses, and recommend remediation steps

Requirements

  • Hold at least one Security, Risk, or IT certification, such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001
  • Have at least an associate degree (AS)
  • Bring at least eight years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, or IT audit
  • Have experience in enterprise risk or compliance
  • Manage competing priorities effectively
  • Mentor and lead junior staff
  • Demonstrate expertise in regulatory, privacy, international, and statutory compliance requirements
  • Demonstrate expertise in risk frameworks, maturity models, and enterprise IT security risk methodologies
  • Demonstrate governance expertise in vendor management, policy frameworks, control design, and security architecture
  • Possess extensive hands-on experience with documented audits and attestation engagements, including PCI DSS, SSAE 18, CMMC, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001
  • Preferred: experience delivering board-level presentations, including public speaking on IT and cybersecurity topics
  • Preferred: proficiency writing executive reports and technical documentation
