Description

  • Check client product and service selections for compatibility with existing systems and operating platforms.
  • Resolve issues and negotiate requirements for nonstandard plan selections.
  • Set up groups in the Meritain system, coordinating vendor partners, analytics, billing, and reporting requirements.
  • Advise and communicate with internal teams about new business and account revisions.
  • Verify account structures.
  • Set up complex accounts and detailed benefit plans accurately.
  • Oversee the internal installation process and track cases.
  • Run ad hoc data programs to streamline group and eligibility file setup.
  • Run ad hoc data programs to audit customized group enrollments.
  • Maintain monthly group reporting files in line with PHI guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly reports for clients and brokers.
  • Help test enhancements and changes to ER, EO, and GIM data files.
  • Partner with IT on programming design and user acceptance testing when account setup requires programming.

Requirements

  • Bring 1–3 years of healthcare operations experience.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have experience with DOS systems.
  • Bring Salesforce experience.
  • Excel skills are beneficial for analyzing and mapping group setups.
  • Be detail-oriented.
  • Be highly organized.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
