Customer Portfolio Manager – Power Services (Seoul, Hybrid)

Description
- Direct on-site maintenance delivery, covering preventive and corrective work, field engineering support, and facility management
- Administer contracts before and after award, including commercial terms, claims, and risk modeling
- Maintain compliance with financial and technical contract requirements while protecting profitability, quality, service volume, and delivery timelines
- Support sales initiatives, tender development, and project reviews that contribute to new business growth
- Serve as the principal customer contact, negotiating contract changes and resolving technical or operational concerns
- Represent site operations with accountability for safety management and compliance with applicable regulations
- Manage functional teams and smaller projects while building alignment and coaching less experienced colleagues
- Deliver technical and commercial insights that help shape cross-functional strategy
- Assess complex business problems and recommend practices that strengthen product and service delivery
- Use data from multiple sources to resolve difficult operational issues and develop solutions outside standard approaches
- Track market developments, competitor activity, and changing technical standards to support departmental planning
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited university, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Services and Contract Performance Management and the power industry
- Relevant professional engineering or safety certification is required, such as Professional Engineer (기술사/기능사), Certified Engineer (기계공사기사), Industrial Safety Engineer (산업안전기사), or an equivalent credential
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders, clarify complex subjects, and build agreement
- Highly organized and self-directed, demonstrating end-to-end ownership and proactive problem-solving
- Experience analyzing operational data and understanding the underlying logic of service tools and operations datasets
- Demonstrated success managing remote or site-based operations with emphasis on responsiveness, productivity, and customer focus
- Able to work independently and maintain strong self-management in a remote or hybrid environment
- Willingness to travel to multiple customer sites is required
